- The thermostat 3 (fig. 111 see) serves for adjustment of heating of let in air;
- At input of a clip with a wire safety lock in the case 5 thermostats to check up reliability of its fastening;
- Always it is necessary to replace a sealing ring 6 round sections if the gauge 7 overheats was taken;
- The gauge 7 пререгрева is connected to the remote thermometer on the panel of devices (on the electric scheme it is designated as G2). If it is necessary for taking out, it is necessary to open cautiously a cover of a broad tank, if the engine still warm enough;
- The central tip 9 to take out only after ignition deenergizing. Before a tip detachment to wring out a clip;
- The block of 10 managements is established on the right party about a face wall of a motor compartment on a frame 11;
- The hose of 12 givings of warm air connects the case of an air inlet 15 to the air filter;
- The hose 13 heatings of an air inlet is connected to a collector of warm air on a final collector in the muffler;
- насечные pins 14 serve for fastening of a wire 20;
- The case of an air inlet 15 has regulating заслонку to warm up let in air;
- The hose of 17 givings of fuel fastens collars with spring clips. The hose has white marks and is connected on other end to the fuel filter;
- The hose 18 рециркуляции fuel is fixed by collars with spring clips. The hose has blue marks and is placed in a fuel tank;
- The ljambda-gauge 19 designated on electric schemes as G39, is established in a forward exhaust pipe. If it was taken out, at installation it is necessary to grease a carving with special plastic lubricant G5 and so that to exclude its hit in grooves on the gauge case. The inhaling moment makes 55 Нм. The gauge has electric heating. The reliable control of heating is possible only in the conditions of a workshop. A safety lock № 18 and relays for the fuel pump should work reliably to provide gauge functioning.
For check of a supply of pressure it is necessary to execute the following:
- To take out a two-port socket 21 and to check up it by means of connected on the accumulator between conclusions 1 and 2 (fig. 113 see) voltmeter pressure after engine start-up. The indication should make not less than 11 V.Pri absence of pressure to check up connection of wires. Again to switch off ignition and to insert a socket;

- In need of dismantle of a wire 20 (fig. 111 see) it is necessary to take out насечные pins. For this purpose it is possible to screw the self-cut screw and to take out pins by means of a grip.
At heavy repair carrying out it is necessary to dismantle a plait of wires of the engine. For the help at repeated installation and connection fig. 114 on which the lining of a plait of the wires attached to the engine is shown is applied;

- The socket 21 (fig. 111 see) is connected to the ljambda-gauge and the device of heating of the ljambda-gauge. It is in the holder on a transmission;
- Always it is necessary to replace a lining 22;
- The vacuum hose being under depression 25 passes between an inlet collector and the amplifier of a brake drive;
- The water hose 26 is connected to the thermostat case. It brings the cooling liquid necessary for heating of fuel.

On fig. 115 fastening of the top part of an injector is shown. Works can be spent on the basis of the given drawing as follows:
- Bolt 6 (fig. 115) to tighten the moment 5 Нм. At installation to grease carving coils контровочным with means D6 from самоотворачивания carving connections;
- The detail 7 keeps the top part of 1 injector, the gauge of temperature of let in air is inserted into it. It is noted in electric schemes as G42;
- Sealing rings 3 round sections always are subject to replacement at replacement of an injector 8. Last is underlined in electric schemes as N181;
- At removal of a lining 10 it is necessary to remember its exact position for the subsequent installation. At damage устанавить a new lining;
- The regulator of 2 pressure of fuel corrects pressure of fuel in system. At a detachment топливопроводов it is necessary to operate cautiously as fuel emission is possible;
- The safety washer 4 should be removed to establish a new sealing ring of round section;
- To a junction 9 it is connected топливопровод the fuel givings, designated for descriptive reasons by an arrow;
- To a detail 13 it is connected топливопровод return of fuel which too is designated by an arrow.
If it is necessary to dismantle the bottom part of system of injection it is necessary to consider following recommendations:

- The servomotor 1 (116) throttle заслонки regulates fig. opening and closing throttle заслонки, the idling switch is built in it (on electric schemes — V60). At installation it is necessary to remember that the idling switch is put in action only by means of a plastic plate of the switch with the restrictive screw;
- The switch 3 idlings supervised by system of diagnostics, regulates position throttle заслонки (in electric schemes it is designated F60). At switch replacement it is necessary to replace also and a servomotor of 1 moving throttle заслонки. The switch pusher is established with a certain backlash concerning the terminator by which it is possible to measure only at use of the special adapter reducing pressure of the accumulator to 6 V.Vykljuchatel is about fastening of a cable of management throttle заслонкой;
- The countersupport 4 holds a cable throttle заслонки. The cable is regulated by moving fixing хомутика on a countersupport. To adjust a cable follows so that the lever of the platen throttle заслонки provided its full opening. As much as possible admissible backlash on the lever of the platen throttle заслонки makes 1,0 mm;
- The restrictive screw 6 serves for adjustment of a potentiometer 12 throttle заслонки (it is work should be spent in automobile repair shop). The restrictive screw is adjusted and sealed up on manufacturer. The screw in no event it is impossible to turn on;
- In a junction 9 the hose going to an absorber joins. At connection dismantle it is necessary to replace a sealing ring being behind it 11 round sections;
- Connection 10 is connected through a hose with the device of heating of let in air;
- The potentiometer 12 throttle заслонки (a designation on electric schemes — G69) is not subject to adjustment. If it began to work unreliably it is necessary to replace the bottom part of an injector of system of injection.
