3. Greasing system





The oil pump is established ahead, behind a belt pulley of a cranked shaft, and put in action by a chain from the asterisk of chain transfer established on a cranked shaft. The chain tension is regulated by pump moving.
The oil pump, the oil pallet and other details of system of greasing can be dismantled on the engine established on the car. As access to the oil pump is closed by a gear belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism, it is necessary to dismantle a gear belt to provide access to the pump.
On some engines of manufacture since March, 1995 instead of consolidation for installation of the oil pallet weight D176404A2 is used герметизирующая. On engines of the cars which manufacture has begun in 1996, all oil pallets герметизируют with application of a new way. On fig. 89 the oil pallet with old consolidation is shown. In drawing it is visible, what details should be dismantled to get access to the oil pump or приводной pump chains.
