5.1. Measures on cleanliness maintenance at works on injection system

At works on the engine, connections of system of injection of fuel demanding dismantling, it is necessary to observe following safety measures:
- Before unscrewing накидных nuts carefully to clear them and space around not to admit dirt hit in system;
- The dismantled details to put on a pure surface and carefully to cover with a paper or a polyethylene film. Not to use fleecy rags. It is impossible to concern details with the hands soiled in greasing not to pollute system;
- The dismantled details which have been not intended at once for repeated installation, it is necessary to lay in a box or other capacity where they should be before new use. Not to close such details fleecy rags;
- New details to get from packing directly ahead of installation;
- If places of connections of system have been opened, not to use compressed air for a purge of other details. Whenever possible the car should not change the site. Open connections necessarily carefully to close not to admit dirt hit in system.
