5.5. A cable of management throttle заслонкой

The cable of management throttle заслонкой is very sensitive to bends, therefore at installation it is necessary to address with it very cautiously. Even the small bend can cause breakage of a cable during movement. If any cable at dismantle has been casually bent, he already cannot be established repeatedly.

Adjustment of a cable of management throttle заслонкой is necessary for spending as follows:

- To press an accelerator pedal against the stop and to fix it in this position (work to spend with the assistant better);

- If on the car the automatic transmission is established, to insert a wooden wedge in the thickness of 15 mm between a pedal of an accelerator and the terminator, then to jam a pedal in this position;

- To check up, whether throttle заслонки the lever of the platen adjoins to the course terminator рейки;

- Otherwise to take out the safety clip specified in fig. 118, and to turn out a cover of a cable from a countersupport until the lever of the platen throttle заслонки will not adjoin to the course terminator рейки. In this position again to insert a safety clip into a fastening groove;

- To check up adjustment. At correct adjustment the lever of the platen throttle заслонки should concern the course terminator рейки, the backlash on the lever of the platen throttle заслонки should not exceed 1,0 mm.
