5.4.1. Check of the device of heating of let in air

If the engine in a cold condition is started up hardly, probably, the device of heating of let in air is faulty. Work of the given device can be checked up as follows:

- To dismantle a branch pipe of giving of the warmed-up air;

- To check up position and freedom of a course regulating заслонки in the case of the air filter (fig. 117 see). At temperature more than +22 заслонка should block an air line of warm air (poses. 1). At temperature from–20 to +22 With заслонка should be opened no more than on 2/3 (poses. 2).

It is possible to check up and thermocouple work, but it is for this purpose necessary special refrigerating an aerosol. If to put an aerosol on the thermocouple regulating заслонка should open access to warm air;

- Work regulating заслонки is necessary for checking. For this purpose to pull a short rubber tube on the union of joining of a vacuum hose and, подсасывая air from a hose, to check up, whether works regulating заслонка;

- Again to establish a vacuum hose, having fixed a safety clip;

- To disconnect a vacuum hose from the injector thermostat. Regulating заслонка approximately through 20 with should occupy the initial position again.
