The conducted shaft is presented on fig. 185 in the form of an assembly diagramme which should be used at dismantling. It is necessary to remember that details of the fifth transfer are on an underside картера transmissions, that is they are already dismantled.
For dismantling of a conducted shaft it is necessary:
- To establish a shaft under a press with press plates under a gear wheel of the first transfer 5, выпрессовать the conic roller bearing 3 and an adjusting persistent ring 4;
- To remove both rings 8 both 9 synchronizers and the needle bearing 6;
- To remove a tension of a persistent ring 10. Thus to operate according to fig. 184. Otherwise the ring will jump aside;

- Again to establish a shaft under a press, but this time to enclose press plates under a gear wheel 20 (fig. 185 see) second transfer. Выпрессовать a shaft (fig. 186). To remove from a shaft 27 synchronizer 11, rings 17 and 18 synchronizers, a gear wheel 20 second transfers and the needle bearing 22;

- выпрессовать a gear wheel 23 third transfers to remove both persistent rings 24 and 25 according to recommendations fig. 184 and выпрессовать a gear wheel of the fourth transfer 26 (fig. 185 see);
- If it is necessary to replace the conic roller bearing 28 to remove it it is necessary, using a corresponding stripper;
- To remove sliding муфту from a switching nave. In case of need to remove a tension from both springs 12 and 16 synchronizers and to take out three crackers 15. A nave of switching and sliding муфта enter into one knot of the synchronizer. At replacement of details the switching nave should be replaced always in the complete set with sliding муфтой.
