8.2.3. Removal of a primary and conducted shaft

The primary shaft can act in film together with conducted shaft. If it is necessary to replace a primary shaft or the conic roller bearing the power shaft should be regulated again as it is described more low.
For removal of a primary and conducted shaft it is necessary to execute the following:

- To divide картер transmissions and картер couplings as it is described in подразд. 8.2.1. On fig. 179 the details located in картере of a transmission are shown. Some details, probably, are taken already out, if the transmission has been completely disassembled. The shaft 6 (179) the gear change mechanism is necessary for beating out fig. оправкой after the stopper 5 will be taken out, (fig. 167 see). Оправку to establish, as is shown in fig. 168. If it is necessary to remove a finger of a gear change 1 (fig. 179), after installation see or replacement it is necessary to spend its adjustment, as it is described in the previous section to establish соосность with the connecting plug.

The bearing of the lever of 4 gear changes can be taken out after вывинчивания a bolt 2 and removals of the plug 3:
- To turn out on the one hand transmissions two stoppers 9 and 10 and to liberate details being under them;
- To turn out a carving stopper 11 of картера transmissions. It keeps in картере a backing shaft;
- To beat out a shaft 7 backings (fig. 180);

- The primary shaft, conducted shaft, gear wheel of a backing with shaft of a backing and both transfer directing to reduce together and to take out for a single whole from картера, as is shown in fig. 181;

- To spend dismantling of the taken out complete set of gear wheels of a transmission on separate details. On fig. 180 it is shown, how details are interfaced with each other. Plugs of inclusion of transfers are simply taken out from sliding муфт synchronizers.
