8.2.4. Dismantling of a primary shaft

The left-hand side of a primary shaft is in картере couplings, right — in картере transmissions.
For dismantling of a primary shaft it is necessary to make the following:

- To establish the end of a primary shaft with corresponding press plates under a press, and corresponding press plates — in a flute sliding муфты, as is shown in fig. 183. To press a shaft end face. Thus an internal ring (fig. 182 see) the conic roller bearing, sliding муфта and a gear wheel 15 fourth transfers downwards fall. To remove a synchronizer ring;

- To remove a tension from a persistent ring 13. It is great enough. At its removal to operate very cautiously. The ring is pushed out by special flat-nose pliers, as is shown in fig. 184. That it thus did not jump aside, to substitute a hand. It is possible to protect a palm a thick layer of rags;

- Again to establish a shaft under a press and выпрессовать switching nave;
- To remove a tension from a persistent ring 11, to remove a ring 10 synchronizers and a gear wheel 9 for inclusion of the third transfer from a shaft. To remove from a shaft 7 needle bearing 8;
- If it is necessary, to take out from a nave of 25 springs of the synchronizer 22 and 26, and then to take out three stoppers 23. The nave and sliding муфту should be established in the complete set.
