The gear change mechanism consists of two knots. In the top part there is a lever of a gear change with a drive of management of the gear change mechanism, in the bottom part — the bottom part of the lever of a gear change and knot of connection of cables of switching. On fig. 209 and 210 details of the mechanism of a gear change are shown.

At work on the mechanism of a gear change in the car or on its bottom party it is necessary to consider the following:

- At removal of a cuff 2 (fig. 209) from an assembly frame not to forget to establish it on the switching lever at assemblage;

- Tightening скоба 4 connects the handle to the lever;

- The lining 7 is established between the case of the lever of a gear change and the car bottom;

- The plastic nut 8 serves for console fastening on the case of the lever of a gear change. To turn on before removal of the mechanism of a gear change;

- The remote plug 9 is established between the console and the case of the lever of a gear change;

- The lining 11 is established between the case of the lever of a gear change and a basic plate;

- The cable of a gear change 13 provides movings to the switching mechanism;

- The bearing of draught 5 levers of a gear change consists of several parts and at removal collapses. At installation of the new bearing to watch that there was no release of plastic loose leaves;

- To tighten шестигранную a nut 17 moment 20 Нм, preliminary having adjusted the gear change mechanism;

- The adjusting screw of a finger of the lever of a choice of transfers to tighten the moment 20 Нм;

- The adjusting clown enters gearing with the gear change lever. If he acted in film, the gear change mechanism should be adjusted again;

- The element 6 (210) the gear change lever can be removed and established fig. together with a cable of 19 gear changes without dismantle of the mechanism of a gear change;

- Spring распорный the pin 7 can be beaten out corresponding выколоткой;

- To beat out spring распорный a pin 10, it is necessary to clamp the gear change lever in a vice and to beat out a pin выколоткой;

- The bearing of the lever of a gear change выпрессовывается from the lever or запрессовывается in it together with the directing;

- The plug 12 is intended for a bolt of a cover of the bearing;

- For dismantle of a basic plate 16 it is necessary to open connecting overlays on the case of the lever of a gear change;

- The holder 17 serves for fastening of a cable 19. It, probably, it is necessary выпрессовывать and запрессовывать with the help оправки;

- The hairpin 21 is screwed in in a transmission and tightened by the moment 20 Нм.
