2.3.4. Assemblage of a head of the block of cylinders

Assemblage of a head of the block of cylinders to spend to sequences, return to dismantling, taking into account the following:

- Carefully to grease cores of valves with engine oil and to establish them in the corresponding directing;

- To establish маслосъемный a cap of a core of the valve. For this purpose there is a special tool (10-204) which is used as follows:

1) to pull the plastic plug 1 (fig. 52) the special tool over an acting part of the plug of the valve;

2) carefully to grease a cap 2 and to put on it the plastic plug;

3) to establish the tool 3 on a cap and cautiously to wring out last towards the valve plug. We pay attention that caps at installation of the similar tool can be damaged, the considerable expense of oil will be a consequence of that;

- If grinding in of valves they should enter into corresponding saddles as all valves are ground in only to the saddles necessarily was spent;

- To establish on a head of the block of cylinders of a spring of valves;

- To establish the top plates of springs. For compression of springs to use a stripper of valves according to fig. 34. If the core end acts from the top plate to insert by means of nippers both crackers of the valve into a groove of a core and slowly to remove a stripper of valves;

- To strike serially plastic hammer on the top end face of cores of valves. Incorrectly established crackers of valves will drop out thus outside. With a view of precaution to close the ends of springs rags that details have not scattered every which way;

- To establish a camshaft and an operating pulley of a camshaft as it is described in подразд. 2.7.3;

- To take in a hand a cuff of a camshaft and to define, on what party there is a spring. To establish a cuff so that its spring has been turned to an internal cavity картера, slightly to oil a working edge of a cuff and a working surface of a shaft; using approaching оправку, cautious blows to establish a cuff in a head of the block of cylinders;

- To establish a head of the block of cylinders as it is described in following subsection;

- To establish on a head of the block of cylinders a back cover and to tighten both bolts 7 and 8 (fig. 25 see) the corresponding moment of an inhaling;

- To establish on a shaft a gear pulley of a camshaft (not to forget шпонку) and to screw a bolt with a washer. To block a pulley (for example, an old gear belt or having inserted оправку into one of apertures in a pulley of a camshaft and using it as a support), to tighten a bolt the moment 80 Нм;

- To establish on a head of the block of cylinders inlet and final collectors (to use new linings) if they have been dismantled. Again to establish on a head of the block of cylinders all disconnected elements.
