2.1. Removal and engine installation
The engine raise together with a transmission and take from the car. After that the transmission can be disconnected from the engine. To perform this work, it is better to use the lift, but to take out the power unit it is possible and together.
Before to begin engine dismantle, it is necessary to execute following operations:
- To remove spring clips of hoses of system of cooling. At servicing deport for this purpose use special оправку (VAG 1921). Otherwise clips should be cut and at installation to establish collars;
- To use for engine and transmission removal elevating to a traverse;
- To get динамометрический a wrench (with a limit of measurement to 80 Нм);
