2.3.1. Removal of a head of the block of cylinders at the established engine

Before to begin work, it is necessary to study following recommendations:

- It is impossible to dismantle a head of the block of cylinders if the engine temperature exceeds 40 With;

- At installation of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to oil carefully contact surfaces between the bottom party of pushers and cams on distributive to a shaft;

- At replacement of a head of the block of cylinders in gathering it is necessary to mean that valves are closed by plastic covers which should be removed directly ahead of head installation;

- If it is necessary to replace a lining of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to replace cooling liquid;

- In some engines (for example, ADX or АЕА) metal consolidation of a head of the block of cylinders is used. It is impossible to establish other consolidations;

- At installation of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to use hermetic D2. With it grease a transition place between a cover of a head and a plane of a head of the block;

- To replace a sealing ring under a stopper маслоналивного apertures if it is damaged.

Removal of a head of the block of cylinders is necessary for spending as follows:

- To disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery;

cлить cooling liquid from cooling system (подразд. 4.1.1);

- To disconnect the top hose of system of cooling;

- To disconnect clips of electric wires from all details on a head of the block of cylinders;

- To disconnect топливопроводы, management cables throttle заслонками and a hose of the amplifier of a brake drive, a detail of system of injection and all vacuum hoses between a head of the block of cylinders and a body;

- To remove a protective cover of a gear belt (fig. 30);

- To dismantle a gear belt as it is described in подразд. 2.7.1;

- To fix a gear pulley of a camshaft from проворачивания in any convenient way (to insert оправку into one of apertures and опереть it about a head of the block of cylinders) and to turn away a bolt of a distributive gear wheel. On it there is a label used for adjustment of phases timing. At installation the label should be combined with labels on a stage;

- To uncover, being behind a gear pulley;

- To disconnect a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and cautiously to remove its consolidation. At the cautious reference it can be used repeatedly. In that case on consolidation it is possible to impose a few hermetic. However it will be better, if you replace it. Consolidation get in the complete set of linings;

- With the help шестигранной heads (on 12 mm) to turn on serially bolts of a head of the block of cylinders according to 26 sequence specified in fig. to take out bolts and to remove a head of the block of cylinders. To remove a lining.
