8.6.2. Adjustment of the mechanism of a gear change

Before to spend adjustment, it is necessary to check up reliability of switching of all transfers as follows:

- To check up, that the gear change lever idling was in position "neutral";

- To switch all transfers. They should join reliably, without jamming. Special attention to turn on backing blocking;

- To include the first transfer;

- By the included transfer to choose a backlash in system of levers of switching for what easy pressing to translate the lever of a gear change a little to the left;

- The backlash and (216) between the lever of a gear change and an emphasis in the lever case should make fig. from 1 to 1,5 mm.

If adjustment is required, it is necessary to execute the following:

- To translate the transmission lever in position "neutral";

- To weaken an inhaling of 217 nuts specified in fig. and a bolt tightening скобы (the place is specified by an arrow). After that draught of the lever of a gear change and the lever should move freely;

- To move in appropriate way draught of the lever of a gear change back and forth and again to tighten tightening скобу. Again to check up work of the lever of a gear change as it is described earlier;

- If additional adjustment is required, to weaken a bolt In (fig. 216 see) and to change position of the clown (in a direction specified by an arrow).
