7.5. The bearing of deenergizing of coupling
The ball bearing of deenergizing of coupling is used for deenergizing and coupling inclusion, it cannot be washed out in solvents (not to wash up greasing).

To replace the bearing of deenergizing of coupling, it is necessary to remove a transmission. Also it is possible to remove a shaft of a plug of deenergizing of coupling if it is required. It allows to spend replacement of plugs of bearings for a shaft of a plug of deenergizing of coupling. As replacement of both plugs is connected with presence of a quantity of strippers it is better to dismantle a transmission and to send it in automobile repair shop. On fig. 148
details of the knots concerning the mechanism of adjustment of a cable are shown.
To take out the bearing, it is necessary to deduce pressing from a shaft of a plug of deenergizing of coupling clips of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling and to remove the bearing. At installation all bearings and contact surfaces of the mechanism of deenergizing of coupling to grease with graphite greasing. It is obligatory to provide correctness of landing of springing clips before to begin transmission installation.

At long using the car can happen so that plugs of bearings of a support of pedals will appear are worn out. For replacement it is necessary to dismantle a pedal of a brake or a coupling pedal. These works or the works connected with it can be spent, using as a basis fig. 140
- Before to take out an arm of 1 bearing of a pedal, it is necessary to dismantle a steering column;
- The plate of 3 fastenings of a cable of coupling fastens by means of a bolt 2;
- The rubber sealing plug 5 is inserted with effort into a forward wall of a motor compartment;
- At installation of knot of 7 fastenings it is necessary to insert a rubber directing element into a corresponding reception aperture;
- Bolt 9 to tighten the moment 25 Нм;
- To grease with graphite greasing the plug of the bearing for a coupling pedal before installation plastic.
At dismantle of a pedal of coupling to operate as follows:
- To dismantle a coupling cable as it is described above;

- To turn away a nut 1 (fig. 149
) from the end of a shaft 2 bearings of a pedal and to remove a nut being under it. Cautiously to take out the shaft 2 bearings keeping a pedal of coupling and a pedal of a brake.
It is forbidden to press a brake pedal as after dismantle of a shaft of the bearing it is not fixed.
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal. The nut 13 (fig. 140
) is tightened by the moment 25 Нм
The assembly plug 15 is used for fastening of a steering column, the plug is inserted into it 16. The bow-shaped support 20 holds a cable of coupling and fastens from the bottom party on the holder of the storage battery.
