6.3. The high voltage transformer

The transformer establish instead of the ignition coil. It is shown on fig. 126. Clips 1 and 15 are in the transformer on the places specified in drawing. As well as at the well-known coil of ignition, it is possible to check up resistance of a primary and secondary winding before to change the transformer. Resistance of a primary winding is measured between clips 1 and 15 and should make 0,5–1,2 Ohm. Resistance of a secondary winding is measured between clips 4 and 15 and should equal 3–4 clod. On fig. 126 the locations of clips on the transformer are shown.

Also it is possible will check up giving of pressure and management of the transformer.
