2.6.5. A flywheelThe flywheel has a standard design and fastens bolts directly to a back flange of a cranked shaft.
For a flywheel detachment to fix its appropriate amount for a gear wreath (screw-driver) and to turn on bolts of a flywheel or to block a flywheel, as is shown in fig. 75 at dismantle of a cranked shaft. The engine should be thus rigidly fixed.

It is impossible to use flywheel bolts the second time. Bolts should be tightened on a certain corner. At first them tighten the moment 60 Нм, then without use динамометрического a wrench on 1/2 turns.

The note
If the surface of a friction of a flywheel has been damaged, for example at replacement of sliping coupling the flywheel is subject to replacement. If the gear wreath of a flywheel is damaged, it is necessary to check up a starter gear wheel carefully.
