2.6.3. Installation of a cranked shaft

Installation of a cranked shaft is necessary for spending, being guided by fig. 25 and rather, described more low:

- To wipe the basic channels and to establish loose leaves of bearings with flutes for greasing so that adjusting uvulas have entered into a corresponding cut (fig. 80). Loose leaves carefully to oil

- To establish on the central bearing both persistent half rings which are in the block. Flutes for greasing should be turned towards the block;

- To establish cautiously cranked shaft on loose leaves of bearings. If rods still are in the block of cylinders bearings of rods it is necessary to deduce on шатунные necks of a cranked shaft;

- To establish the bottom loose leaves of bearings in corresponding covers of bearings of a cranked shaft (adjusting uvulas in adjusting flutes of covers) and carefully to oil surfaces. Both other persistent half rings are established on a cover. Them also carefully to grease. Lubricant flutes should be directed towards a cranked shaft;

- To establish covers on картер and to adjust their landing by blows of a rubber or plastic hammer. Covers have labels and should be established according to them;

- To tighten bolts of covers, beginning from the centre to edges, in some passes till the moment of an inhaling equal 65 Нм. After an inhaling of all bolts again to begin with the central cover and to tighten all bolts on 1/4 turns (90 ) without use динамометрического a wrench. Then some times to turn a cranked shaft, to reveal jamming;

- Once again to check up axial люфт as it is described in подразд. 2.6.1 about dismantle of a cranked shaft (fig. 76 or 77 see also);

- To establish forward маслоуплотнительное a ring (подразд. 2.6.4) and a cover with a back cuff with a new lining on картере. To tighten bolts on a circle the moment 10 Нм;

- To establish a distributive gear wheel with шпонкой;

- To establish приводной a belt as it is described in подразд. 2.7.1 and to mount covers;

- To establish a flywheel. Bolts should be replaced always. The carving of bolts was processed earlier by hermetic D6 interfering отворачиванию. Now it it is not required. Bolts are tightened by the moment of an inhaling equal 60 Нм, then доворачиваются for 90 . To fix a cranked shaft from проворачивания, having established between a cheek of a crank and a wall картера a wooden wedge or having blocked a flywheel from rotation according to fig. 75;

- To establish coupling according to a designation on it. The conducted disk of coupling should be thus reliably aligned (подразд. 7.1). Bolts to tighten in regular intervals, cross-wise the moment 25 Нм;

- To establish the oil pump (see подразд. 3.2.2). It is obligatory to check up, that the leading chain has been tense, as it is necessary;

- To establish the pallet картера as it is described in corresponding subsection. To pay attention to change of a way of installation of the pallet (since March, 1995);

- All other works to carry out in sequence, return to removal.
