On fig. 87 the forward section of system of release ОГ of considered models is presented. On fig. 88 the back section is shown. At all models of system are almost identical, except for the forward muffler specially intended for engines of type АЕА. Dismantle and installation of any difficulties does not cause. The special attention is necessary for turning on the following:

- It is necessary to replace always new a lining between a final collector and an exhaust pipe;

- At installation of a forward dual or unary exhaust pipe an inhaling to spend the moment equal 25 Нм;

- Forward and back mufflers выпускаютя serially in block execution. For repair both details are on sale separately and are delivered with a dual collar 13 (fig. 88 see). For division of details it is necessary to cut in appropriate way a connecting pipe to establish a dual collar. Tightening screws of a collar are tightened by the moment 25 Нм;

- Screws and nuts of collars to tighten, as a rule, the moment 25 Нм;

- At installation of the forward muffler a rubber ring to put on, trying not to stretch. If the ring is too extended, it is possible to bend a hook on a pipe or corresponding hooks on the muffler;

- At fastening of both back rubber suspension brackets 10 bolts to tighten the moment 20 Нм, and then to tighten for 90 ;

- On a target pipe каталитического neutralizer to put on a circle in three places marks. At installation of a transitive collar 1 given marks should be on distance of 5 mm from edge of a transitive collar;

- To start up the engine and at its work idling to be convinced that there is no impact of details of system of release ОГ and other details. If knock is audible, to weaken collars, a few to bend a corresponding pipe and to tighten it in new position;

- To process carving connections of a ljambda-probe by special plastic greasing G5. Greasing should not get to flutes of the case of a probe.
