The way of fastening of a final collector is shown on fig. 87, its removal and installation can be spent on the basis of this drawing. It is necessary to consider distinctions between the engine in volume of 1,0 l and other engines. The models which are let out since 1996, are similar to the engine of fashions. АЕА. At removal and installation of a final collector it is necessary to pay attention to the following:

- Nuts фланцевого between a collector and an exhaust pipe before unscrewing should be processed connections аэрозолью, deleting a rust as there is a danger of breakage of hairpins. It also concerns both bolts and both nuts of semicollars of fastening of trumpet connection;

- If a final collector disconnected from a head of the block of cylinders a lining of a final collector to replace new;

- If the pipe was disconnected from a final collector between an exhaust pipe and a flange of a final collector it is necessary to replace a lining new;

- Nuts of a flange of a final collector to tighten in regular intervals, cross-wise the moment equal 25 Нм;

- Tightening скобу trumpet connection to tighten the moment 25 Нм.
