2.7.2. Check and adjustment газораспределительного the mechanism

The gear pulley of a camshaft and pulley of a cranked shaft have on one operating label.

Marks of a pulley of a cranked shaft are on an underside of a pulley and have the form of the ground off tooth. Before installation of a gear belt a cranked shaft to turn until a label In, specified in fig. 83, it will not be combined with marks on a cover of a forward cuff. However at проворачивании a cranked shaft it is necessary to operate very cautiously that pistons have not hit about valves. Thus position of a camshaft which is still free at present is in addition regulated. Any of pistons should not be in ВМТ.

Marks on a camshaft pulley are presented in the form of a point which position should be verified in A.Pri's point проворачивании a camshaft it is necessary to avoid impact of valves and pistons.

At installation of a gear belt it is necessary to execute the following:

- To turn a cranked shaft before label position In;

- To turn a camshaft until the label And on lateral aspect of a pulley of a camshaft will not be combined with the marks specified in fig. 83. For проворачивания a camshaft to establish a face head in a bolt of a gear wheel of a camshaft and to turn a camshaft very slowly;

- After combination of operating labels to establish a gear belt on the distributive pulleys, a leading pulley of the water pump and the tension device. If the former belt is established, to observe the direction of its rotation marked earlier.

At screwing up of a tension roller it is necessary to use fig. 84. Шлиц in a basic plate 1 it is necessary to establish over a fixing bolt 2;

- To pull a gear belt, rotating a tension roller in a direction specified by an arrow. Thus into a roller it is inserted face шестигранный a key. The roller is turned until the index 3 will not be combined with a flute in a basic plate (an arrow on fig. 84);

- To tighten a nut of a tension roller the moment 20 Нм;

- To turn the engine on two complete revolutions and to check up combination of two operating labels at the moment of a finding of the piston of the first cylinder in ВМТ. Otherwise works it is necessary to make a fresh start, without forgetting, however, thus about possible impact of pistons and valves;

- To fix bolts the top and bottom parts of protective guards of a gear belt;

- To establish ременный a pulley of a cranked shaft and to tighten its bolt the moment 20 Нм;

- To establish and pull поликлиновой a belt as it is described in подразд. 4.3.3. After installation to fix bolts a belt casing;

- To check up the moment of ignition and in case of need to adjust it.

The note The resulted description provides installation of a gear belt according to the instruction, and also its correct tension, however does not contain instructions by the principle of action of the semi-automatic adaptation established by the instruction for a tension of a gear belt.

It can be supervised as follows:

- After installation and a tension of a gear belt to turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions until the engine again does not leave in ВМТ;

- To press with effort a thumb a gear belt in a place specified in fig. by 85 arrow. Labels on a tension roller (the left arrow) should depart from each other every which way;

- To clean a finger from a gear belt and to check up, whether the tension roller in initial position has come back.
