2.7.1. Removal and installation of a gear belt

For this purpose it is necessary to execute following operations:

- To dismantle a casing of a belt drive and to weaken a tension поликлинового a belt as it is described in подразд. 4.3.3;

- To remove поликлиновой a belt;

- To turn away a bolt of fastening of a belt pulley and to remove a pulley;

- With felt-tip pen to mark a direction of rotation of a gear belt on its lateral aspect;

- To weaken a tension of the device used for a tension of a belt, having released a bolt being in the middle, and to remove a gear belt from pulleys;

- If it is necessary, to remove a pulley from a cranked shaft, thus it is possible to use mount. Such work is necessary, of course, only in the event that it is planned to replace all details ГРМ. In this case it is necessary to turn on also a bolt of fastening of a gear pulley of a camshaft and to remove it.

At installation of a gear belt to verify position of operating labels under the relation to each other and to pull a gear belt as it is described in following subsection. Again to establish the remained details. To tighten a bolt of a pulley the moment equal 90 Нм, and in this position to tighten further for 120 . The inhaling can be spent to some stages. A bolt of a pulley of a camshaft to tighten the moment 80 Нм, and bolts of a belt pulley — 20 Нм.
