2.2.2. Assemblage

Engine assemblage is necessary for spending in sequence, return dismantling, taking into account the following:
- It is necessary to apply a thin film oils on all rubbing details. To do it it is necessary before assemblage instead of after details are already collected as in this case oil will not get on basic surfaces of a friction. It is especially important, that pistons, piston rings and walls of cylinders have been plentifully greased by engine oil. After full dismantling of the engine all details of the block of cylinders should be cleared carefully. At incomplete dismantling it is necessary to watch that extraneous subjects did not get to not disassembled elements of the engine or a cavity. All apertures should be stuck or closed rags;
- Lubricant channels and apertures is better to blow compressed air. If such possibility is not present, to take advantage of wooden cores, not to use at all the metal tool., Etc. it is necessary to replace sealing rings, cuffs, linings always. At all do not save on them and do not use already damaged details;
- In the appendix values of maximum permissible deterioration of the majority of mobile details are specified. In case of doubt concerning quality of any detail or at its deterioration close to limiting, it is better to replace such detail to avoid repeated dismantling.
