12.1.2. InstallationFor installation absorber the following is necessary to execute racks:
- To insert амортизаторную a rack into the top suspension bracket and preliminary to tighten a nut by hand;
- To get the forward party of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket by means of an assembly shovel in directing on a body and to move the back party of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket;
- To combine with the help approaching оправки a carving aperture in the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket and a carving aperture on an inside of a cross-section beam and to screw a bolt. To tighten a bolt preliminary;
- To screw a bolt from the bottom party in a back support of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket and to tighten it preliminary;
- To tighten a nut of fastening of a rod of the piston in a motor compartment the moment 60 Нм. The piston rod thus is necessary for fixing again from проворачивания as it is described in subsection in which removal absorber racks is described;
- To attach the stabilizer of cross-section stability (see подразд. 12.5.3);
- To connect a power shaft to a transmission and to tighten bolts on a circle till the moment 45 Нм, using a face head;
- To connect cross-section steering draught to a rotary fist. To use a new self-stopped nut. To tighten its moment 35 Нм;
- If the power shaft nut has not been turned on, it is necessary to fix wheels bolts and to lower the car (at the equipped weight) on wheels. To get access to places of fastening of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket, forward wheels should be established on support;
- To tighten the bolt of the lever of a suspension bracket established sideways the moment 70 Нм. To tighten the moment 50 Нм the bolt inserted from below and to tighten it for 90 ;
- If the power shaft nut (for example, the shaft has been removed) has been unscrewed, it is necessary to tighten a shaft nut as it is described in section 8 (подразд. On power shaft installation) before крепить bolts wheel and to lower the car on the earth. The weight of the car should not have on wheels at the turned on nut of a power shaft, therefore the nut should be tightened the moment 50 Нм before to tighten it;
- To tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the moment 110 Нм.
