12.4. Assemblage absorber racks

Assemblage absorber racks is spent in sequence, return dismantling, thus it is necessary to pay attention to the following.
The cross-section lever of a suspension bracket. If the basic spherical hinge has been removed to establish it it is necessary according to the description see подразд. 12.5.
Rotary fist:
- To insert the necessary tool between both planes on the bottom party absorber racks and to establish on one line of an aperture under bolts;
- Cautiously to hammer in both greased bolts, without damaging thus a carving. After that to develop bolts, to deduce them again in the position noted earlier. Only thus it is possible to keep initial disorder of wheels. Otherwise to adjust disorder of wheels;
- To establish on both bolts self-stopped nuts and to tighten their moment 95 Нм, without turning thus bolts.
Spring:
- Before spring installation it is necessary to be convinced that its sheeting as corrosion differently can be formed is not damaged. If both springs removed, to establish them on former places;
- The bottom end of a spring to establish according to the plate form absorber racks;

- To compress a spring (fig. 268 see) and to establish it on амортизаторную a rack;

- To establish the bearing absorber racks and other details according to fig. 260 and to screw a nut;
- To tighten a nut of a rod of the piston at rod keeping in the fixed position by the moment 60 Нм.
The wheel bearing:
- At installation of the new bearing to insert on lateral aspect of a rotary fist a spring lock ring and to grease an internal surface of a nest of the bearing with graphite greasing;

- To establish the case of the bearing of a wheel under a press and запрессовать the wheel bearing from the inside outside;

The prevention
Not to suppose at all that the effort was necessary on a ledge absorber racks. Запрессовывать the bearing while it will not rest against a spring lock ring. It should sit reliably in a flute. On fig. 270 it is shown, how a rotary fist establish on a press table.

- запрессовать a wheel nave. A wheel nave for this purpose to establish on a press table, and a rotary fist with already established bearing of a wheel — over a nave pin. To establish оправку on an internal ring of the bearing of a wheel and запрессовать all knot in a nave. On fig. 271 it is shown, how запрессовываются these details. Preliminary to tighten gear wreath ABS to a wheel nave if it has been removed (if it is established ABS);

- To establish a reflector and a disk of the brake mechanism.
