9.3.2. Dismantling and assemblage of the internal hinge of equal angular speeds

After SHRUS removal (see подразд. 9.2.1) to turn separator, to squeeze out a spherical nave of the case in a direction specified by an arrow on fig. 231. The nave, the case and six spheres are picked up in the complete set, therefore to replace them it is possible only in the complete set.

To check up all details of the hinge of equal angular speeds on presence of deterioration and damages.

For hinge assemblage it is necessary to execute following operations:

- To wash out all details in kerosene;

- To establish a nave in a separator and to insert spherical fingers on a circle, as is shown in fig. 232;

- To insert a nave into the case as follows (fig. 233):

- скос on a nave inside should be turned to a contact fillet on a power shaft and to большему to diameter of an external ring;

- To establish a nave with a separator and spherical fingers in the case follows vertically;

- Wide flute and and a narrow flute b for spheres are in a nave on one party after nave installation in the case;

- To provide reliability of assemblage of the hinge, it is necessary to subject it to the control. For this purpose, keeping the hinge in one hand, other hand to shake a spherical nave, as is shown in fig. 234. Jammings and clicks should not be;

- To grease the hinge as it is described above;

- напрессовать the SHRUS on a shaft, and a shaft should have from below a support;

- To insert into a flute a new spring lock ring. If necessary carefully запрессовать it by means of the flat-nose pliers used at repair of water pumps;

- Finish installation as it is described in подразд. 9.2.1.
