13.2. Removal and installation амортизаторных racks

For removal absorber racks it is necessary to execute following operations:
- To turn away a nut from a piston rod. The piston rod during nut unscrewing is necessary for fixing, as is shown in fig. 279. For this purpose it is possible to apply рожковый a wrench;

- To disconnect амортизаторную a rack from below (fig. 281 see) and to take out it;
- To remove from the shock-absorber распорную the plug, the top cup of a spring, a washer, a spring support, a spring, the bottom support of a spring and the bottom cup of a spring. On fig. 280 it is shown, in what order details are established;

An amortizatornaja rack of a back suspension bracket: 1 — the shock-absorber; 2 — the bottom cup of a spring; 3 — the bottom support of a spring; 4 — a rod with a persistent ring; 5 — a spring; 6 — a protective cover; 7 — a protective cover; 8 — the rubber buffer; 9 — a spring support; 10 — a washer; 11 — the top cup of a spring; 12 — распорная the plug; 13 — the bottom assembly ring from rubber; 14 — a nut, 15 Нм; 15 — a cover; 16 — the top sealing cap from rubber; 17 — тарельчатая a washer; 18 — a nut, 15 Нм; 19 — a nut, 25 Нм; 20 — a persistent plate; 21 — the top cover

- To remove from below the shock-absorber the rubber buffer, a protective cover, a spring lock ring and the second washer.
Twisted springs are marked, therefore they cannot be established any way on any models of the car. It is possible to replace only one spring, without breaking thus work of a back suspension bracket as a whole.
To check up the shock-absorber, taking out and again inserting its rod. The working course should be carried out with identical resistance, without люфта. Traces of oil do not mean necessity of replacement of the shock-absorber provided that it still reliably works. Shock-absorbers also have various colour marks. As well as springs, always it is necessary to establish shock-absorbers with the same marks. It is necessary to send the shock-absorber unsuitable to the further operation in automobile repair shop for recycling with observance of requirements of ecological safety. Assemblage absorber racks is spent in sequence, return dismantling, taking into account the following:
- To watch correct landing of the rubber buffer;
- To establish on the shock-absorber at first a spring a conic part downwards;
- At installation of the prorate of a spring to use fig. 283. In drawing it is visible that on the spring prorate the inscription Federanfang (the spring beginning) is executed. It is necessary to combine this party of the prorate of a spring with the end of a coil of a spring

;
- To tighten a nut on the top party the moment of the inhaling equal 15 Нм. Once again to check up, that the ends of coils of a spring above and have been below correctly located in landing nests.
