11.7. Removal and installation of the pump of the amplifier of a steering

Details of fastening of the pump of the amplifier of a steering are given on fig. 256. At installation to observe all specified moments of an inhaling.

At installation it is necessary to replace all removed spring washers and self-stopped nuts new. The pump before installation to fill with oil for hydraulic systems G 002 00 and to turn a pump pulley on some turns, to allow to oil to be distributed in system.

At connection of a tube 10 to watch that it has not been overwound. It is obligatory to replace sealing rings 4 pressure head highways. A hollow bolt-union 5 to tighten the moment 30 Нм.

If the pump and the console acted in film, at installation it is necessary to tighten fastenings in a following order:

- At first наживить all bolts;

- To tighten the moment 45 Нм a bolt 7, then bolts 8, 9 and 11. Bolts of 9 and 11 identical lengths, the same concerns bolts 7 and 8.
