Details of fastening of elements of a steering with the amplifier, a broad tank and connections of tubes and highways of hydraulic system are shown on fig. 255. The pump is not subject to repair, therefore in case of failure it is necessary to replace it.

At installation it is necessary to observe the recommended moments of an inhaling, and also to consider the following:

- Collars 1 (fig. 255 see) fastenings of highways fasten on a transmission;

- The stopper of a tank of the hydraulic booster has шлиц above and should open by means of horizontal the lever (for example, screw-drivers). Liquid level see подразд. 11.3;

- At removal of a tank 5 to cut collars and to replace them with collars of worm type;

The tube 7 returnable highways is marked by colour lines and an arrow on a broad tank;

- The entrance tube has colour marks which should coincide or with a case side, or with a mark in the pump console (depending on execution);

- Bolts 9 to tighten the moment no more than 5 Нм;

- Always it is necessary to replace sealing rings of 10 highways of a high pressure. The hollow bolt-union should be tightened the moment 30 Нм. As to establish a face head with динамометрическим a wrench happens difficultly to define the inhaling moment it is necessary approximately.
