15.3.2. Removal and starter installation

For starter removal it is necessary to execute following operations:

- To disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery;

- To establish a forward part of the car on support;

- Before to disconnect wires from a starter, it is necessary to disconnect a black plastic cover and an electric socket from the switch with an involving magnet. These details are shown by arrows on fig. 328;

- To disconnect a contact socket 1 ("50) from the involving relay and to turn away a nut 2 from a contact socket30. To take wires aside (fig. 329 see);

- To turn away a nut and bolts of knot of fastening. Not all bolts have identical length. To take out a starter.

Starter installation is spent in return sequence. Watch correctness of connection of wires. Tighten fastening of a conclusion 2 (fig. 329 see) the moment 13 Нм. Bolts and the nuts shown on fig. 330 to tighten the specified moments of an inhaling. After installation it is necessary to attach the storage battery, then to enter a radio receiver code, to establish time.
