4.3.1. Dismantle and installation

The arrangement of the water pump is shown on fig. 102. For pump dismantle it is necessary to weaken a belt tension, therefore it is necessary to dismantle some of 102 details presented on fig. which are on the face party of the engine. After that it is necessary to execute following operations:

- To merge cooling liquid (подразд. 4.1.1);

- To weaken a tension of a belt and to remove it;

- To dismantle a belt casing on the top and bottom party. To separate spring collars and bolts;

- To turn away bolts of fastening of a safety guard of a belt about the water pump;

- To weaken a tension roller of a gear belt and to develop it so that to unload a gear belt. Cautiously to remove a belt from three pulleys;

- To disconnect the water pump. To remove a sealing ring of round section from the back party of the pump and to replace it at pump installation with the new.

Pump installation is spent to sequences, return to dismantle. As it has already been mentioned, the sealing ring of round section is necessary to replace each time.

To establish a belt and to pull it as it is described in подразд. 2.7.2. To pull a belt (подразд. 4.3.3) and to fill system of cooling with a cooling liquid (подразд. 4.1.1).
