4.1.1. Plums of a cooling liquid and filling of system of cooling

For plum of a cooling liquid and system filling it is necessary:

- To translate the handle of management of heating system on the panel of devices in position "Hot". It is extremely important, otherwise being in heating system the cooling liquid cannot merge;

- To open a cover of a broad tank;

- To translate cooling liquid on plums, having disconnected the bottom water hose. If antifreeze was in system not for long it can be kept in the corresponding capacity.

To fill system of cooling without formation of an air stopper, it is necessary to make the following:

- To translate the handle of management of heating system in position "Hot";

- To connect to a radiator the bottom hose;

- To fill in cooling liquid to a label "MOVE" on a broad tank (fig. 98);

- To start up the engine and not to stop it, the fan (the thermostat will already open) will not join yet;

- To check up level of a cooling liquid. If necessary to add additional quantity of a cooling liquid in system. At normal working temperature level should be hardly above a label "MOVE", at the cold engine — between labels MIN and "MOVE".
