16.1. Dismantling of system of heating and ventilation

Dismantling of system of heating and ventilation is necessary for spending taking into account following remarks and in the specified sequence:

- To remove right водоотбойный a guard. To lift upwards rubber consolidation 1 (fig. 344). Then a guard 2 to disconnect from spring clips in the places specified by arrows and to take out it;

- The filter is built in a heater 2 (fig. 345) for catching of a dust with which it is necessary to replace after certain run at maintenance service. For removal of safety clips of fastening of the case of the filter it is necessary to press in a direction of arrows In and to take out filtering element together with a framework. At installation to insert a framework 1 (arrow) into the case 4 filters. On fig. 345 balance of assembly of details of the filter is shown.

Before carrying out of the further works on dismantling of system of heating and ventilation it is necessary to estimate possibility of carrying out of the specified works as own forces:

- Removal of the right lateral nozzle 5 (fig. 343 see) is spent at use fig. 346. The nozzle adheres in the places specified by arrows, and is cautiously wrung out by a screw-driver;

- For removal of the right air line it is necessary to take out a ware box or an inflatable pillow of safety for the passenger sitting ahead;

- For removal of a heater 9 it is necessary to remove the panel of devices. This is better for executing enough laborious work in car-care centre;

- Replacement of the fan 10 heaters is not interfaced to any difficulties. To unbend aside an elastic cover of an air line (in space for feet sitting ahead of the passenger), to take out electric socket 1 (fig. 347) additional resistance to wring out downwards a screw-driver a clamp to turn the fan 2 in a direction specified by an arrow (to the left), and to take out it;

- Additional resistance 11 (fig. 343 see) with the thermal relay is in a place specified in fig. 348. If the heater fan works not in all modes usually the reason of it is malfunction of additional resistance. In this case it is necessary to replace its connecting payment. For its removal to turn on aside an elastic cover of an air line and to take out electric sockets. To compress lateral overlays and to take out resistance;

- To wring out cautiously screw-driver a diaphragm 12 (fig. 343 see) heater;

- To remove the handle 13 central заслонки, it is necessary to take out at first nozzles 18 and 20 accordingly air lines of giving of air to feet of the driver of the forward passenger. It means that preliminary it is necessary to remove the panel of devices (see above);

- To remove the handle 14, it is necessary to take out at first nozzles 18 and 20. Preliminary it is necessary to remove the panel of devices (see above);

- To remove, establish or adjust cables of system of regulation of giving приточного air and heating (fig. 349), you should be assured that can independently spend all works;

- To remove a radio receiver.

After removal of a radio receiver by means of a screw-driver cautiously to remove a diaphragm of a heater and to take out a regulator:

- To turn away bolts 3 (fig. 350) and to turn on three bolts in specified by arrows And places. Cautiously, by means of nippers to take out дефлекторы 2. To take out two bolts in specified by an arrow In places and to take out the central nozzle 1;

- To take out a regulator of temperature with the traction cables attached to it;

- To unhook cables of a heater from control levers and to take out them. For this purpose by means of a screw-driver to disconnect spring clips of fastening of covers and to take out cables.

At installation to operate as follows:

- To attach heater cables to a heater regulator. For this purpose to fix cables the party with colour labels on a regulator. To establish covers to an emphasis on a regulator, and then to establish by means of flat-nose pliers spring clips and to fix them;

- Again to establish a regulator;

- To fix cables on control levers and to adjust them as it is described more low;

- The design of system of heating and ventilation is presented on fig. 351.
