12.5.2. Removal and installation of the lever of a suspension bracket

The suspension bracket lever can be removed in two ways. First, it is possible to turn away bolts of fastening of the lever on an inside and to disconnect the spherical hinge from absorber racks. The second way consists that it is possible to turn away bolts of fastening of the lever on an inside and the bolts connecting the spherical hinge and the lever on lateral aspect. It is possible to apply any way.

For removal it is necessary to execute the following:

- To weaken wheel nuts, to establish a forward part of the car on support and to remove a wheel;

- By means of a jack to raise cautiously lateral aspect of the lever (under a wheel nave);

- To remove the lever if the spherical hinge is on the lever for what to execute the following:

- To disconnect the spherical hinge in the way described above from the bottom party of the lever of a suspension bracket;

- On a lever inside ahead to turn out the bolt established sideways. A bolt will tighten the big moment;

- On a lever inside to turn out the bolt established from below;

- To disconnect the stabilizer of cross-section stability from the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket for what to turn away a nut which is on the bottom party. To remove a metal plate and a rubber support. To pay attention to how these details are established, especially on position of a metal washer. The rubber support is turned by the conic party to the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket;

- To lower a jack and to wring out the suspension bracket lever downwards while the pin of the spherical hinge does not leave from absorber racks;

- To liberate the lever. To push out the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket ahead from knot of fastening and to take out it behind from an aperture in a stretcher;

- To remove the lever from which the spherical hinge for what it is necessary is disconnected:

- On lateral aspect of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket from below to note a contour of a plate of the spherical hinge that it could be fixed again bolts in initial position (see replacement of the spherical hinge);

- To turn on from below three bolts 6 (fig. 263) fastenings of a plate of the spherical hinge see and to remove a plate 3 from the top party;

- A few to wring out outside амортизаторную a rack, to weaken connection;

- On an inside of a shoulder of the lever ahead to unscrew the bolt established sideways;

- On a lever inside to unscrew the bolt established from below;

- To lower a jack. To deduce the suspension bracket lever ahead, having pressed it, from a support and to take out it behind from an aperture in a stretcher.

Installation of the lever of a suspension bracket is spent to sequences, return to removal. The inhaling moments see the appendix and corresponding drawings. At installation of the spherical hinge to follow the instructions resulted in подразд. 12.5.1.
