It is necessary to replace the spherical hinge (a spherical support) and rubber plugs of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket with the new. The spherical hinge is kept on the bottom cross-section lever by means of three bolts (fig. 263 see) on the top part and a basic plate with the welded nuts. The way of fastening of the lever of a suspension bracket and position of rubber plugs are specified in fig. 263.

At installation bolts to tighten the moment 35 Нм after heads of bolts will be established again in the position noted at removal. In подразд. 12.5 replacement of the spherical hinge without removal of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket is described.

Rubber support of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket can be replaced, this work is recommended to be carried out on car-care centre. Plugs follows запрессовывать in certain position. Do not try to beat out at all the plug and to hammer in the new. The press is for this purpose necessary. If you are going to spend these works independently the special attention should be turned on how the plug of a back support is established. One of the arrows which have been beaten out on the plug, should be established after запрессовки against a label And, specified in fig. 269.
